Oak Planks

Our cream sample has been created to look pale under no light. Once there is natural or artificial light shown to the wood it will come alive with a beautiful white yet very natural colour. The third board has been oiled in stain to show the shine and colour difference, compared to the matt finish.

Our Polar sample has a white yet silver colour on the face to produce a unique modern colour with a rich grain which gives the sample depth beauty.

Classic brown has the colour within the name with a twist. We have added colour to lighten the grain to give the wood a rich look with a modern twist.

Heritage Oak has a colour that is quite a process to produce. The face consists of a light brown, mix with greys to produce a beautiful looking wood which would work very well in the right setting. All our samples show depth as the grain is filled with colour by hand.

Old Oak has been formulated to give a worn feel, the face of the oak has pulled in the grey silvery colours while the grain has attracted the lighter colours giving a unique colour has a whole.

We have created this colour to have the modern brown rather than a dark brown, we find that the lighter browns with a slightly grey tone works well in many settings. We have oiled the last sample in a satin hard wax oil to show the shine and difference in colour.

Ancient Grey has an outstanding variation, we have chosen the lightest oak and darkest natural oak we have to show the true variation. A modern colour that boasts a rich deep colour in the grain.

Stripped Oak is as the name states. A colour showing true depth within the grain and face of the oak. The wood has taken a light grey colour with a hint of brown and deep white grain.

The Raven colour has a beautiful deep brown colour with a hint of red, a timeless colour, rich in quality. While the face of the oak takes the deep brown colour the grains take an almost black colour to show an outstanding contrast.

We have formulated a colour to be a light brown which is darker than the natural colour of oak. The light brown is easy on the eyes. We have oiled the first board to the left in Satin to show the shine level and colour difference.

With this sample we have given you three options, all three boards have the same undercoat with a different second coat to alter the colour slightly on all three. All our finishes are produced by our experts at Woodcraft Flooring.

Magic clay is a modern sample achieved by a mix of colours, a brown yet grey hue colour which has a subtle look and feel, the oak takes the darker colour deep within the grain to provide rich depth.

It is in the name, the oak has been finished in such a way to have a weathered look which we find unique. The colour is essentially a light grey with white veins within the grain. Our samples have a depth which only produced by hand finishing.

Burgundy has been created with a new blend of finishes to produce a unique dark finish with a rich grain, While the oak is dark some parts have taken a lighter colour to produce a beautiful variation.

Kiln has been formulated to achieve a natural colour without the traditional yellow effect oak has when oiled with clear hard wax oil. All our wood comes in our boards and parquet options.

Carbon Olive is a new sample created for a light traditional look. The oak has taken the brown within the grain, where the face has taken the lighter slightly green colour. the lighter sample is a mixture to show a lighter yes traditional option.

Alaska has been created to allow the oak to show its true colours while the grains take the white dense colour for a unique finish. The two samples on the left are slightly darker allowing less natural oak colour to come through for a modern look, while the lighter sample on the right has been…

Torello is a mix of three finishes, however they all started with the same base oil. Different treatments have been added to each board, oak is very workable in terms of finishes, we are able to produce colours with no restraint.

One of our new colours, which is produced by a combination by new oils which have just been released. The sample is showing the lighter part which is one combination, the two darker colours are the same as the white sample with added combination. A modern colour with life and character. 

Baro has been created from a mix of colours. The first two boards have an additional white pigment to show that the finish can be altered in many ways. The finish has been created for unique settings. 

Mineral Grey is a new colour produced from a reactive stain to take away the natural colour of the oak in order to have a full grey colour. The beauty is that the variation of the oak will still produce a lovely wood floor.
